the wind generator blades are a little quiet, i guess because the wind speed is only 4km/hr, but the constant hums and occasional internal twanging are present.

it's a mechanism inside the tower of the windmill. not sure exactly what it is.

the place of this continuously renewing sound stream is at the threshold of the common future of all listeners. Therein lies something open, unavailable. The recording that took place in the past is no longer in the time of the listeners, it is fallen back into a different time and space.
